"Customer service really is an art and these people have absolutely no customer service whatsoever. Nearly 3 and half years I've been with State Farm and I moved out here to this state looking to stay with my trusted insurance company. This agency was extremely rude and dodgy on the phone, lied about my account, refused to answer simple questions and just honestly a supreme lack of professionalism. Apparently if you have ever been in an accident, State Farm has no interest in ever being your agent again....even though you are their client when it happened and the claim is with them. Unbelievable. And if that's the case, then sure I get it (not really cause then what's the point o lf car insurance) but at least be open and honest about no accident forgiveness. All this agency did was give me the run around and waste me time. If I could give them no stars I would. I wish I could continue with State Farm but unfortunately it's agencies like this that make it impossible."

"Monica and Lizbeth have been great representatives for me! They gave me a great deal and plan that covers all my needs. Got into a horrible accident and I was protected by the insurance Monica recommended to me at an affordable price. Dealing with the aftermath of the accident I had a difficult time getting hold of the adjuster on my case. One phone call to Monica and Lizbeth and the issue was handled! "De 488 Me cobraron mi aseguranza $600 en 28 de julio y el día 5 de agosto la cancelé y por haberlo usado unos pocos días no me van a regresar nada ya pasaron 5 semanas no la recomiendo y menos pagos auto maticos después no te regresan nadaOn July 28th, I was charged $600 for my 488 insurance. On August 5th, I cancelled it and since I only used it for a few days, they are not going to refund me anything. It's been 5 weeks now. I don't recommend it and even less so automatic payments, because they don't refund you anything after that."
